Vinicola Panceri is a family owned winery with its roots back in northern Italy, from where over 130 years ago, our families took their traditions of making fine wines to Brazil. More specifically, to the south of the country, where the weather is cooler and a perfect match for growing grapes.
Our winery is located in the mountains of Santa Catarina, where we can find distinctive conditions to produce wines that express our unique “terroir”.
The major accomplishment that we have as a wine producer starts in our vineyards, which are located on soils that present good drainage and on slopes where the grapes can receive the most sunlight. These are all well located plots at the Marari Hills, a mound that rises over 1,200 meters (3,930 feet) of altitude and where the grapes can slowly ripen to produce wines that are elegant and yet firm and well structured.
Our goal is to produce wines with the highest possible quality and a good part of our recent success is based on technology. We invested in new equipment and processes because we know how important it is to be able to translate our passion into a wine that can be appreciated by the connoisseurs and wine lovers of the world. Very well balanced renditions of the world’s best Cabernets, Merlots and Chardonnays.
